Ci siamo capitati per caso per pranzo e devo dire che si è rilevata un'ottima scelta.. Personale davvero molto gentile e servizio ottimo. Interno del locale curato e particolare, molto simpatici gli oggetti a forma di gallina! Frico delizioso così pure il resto delle portate.. Qualità molto buona!! Prezzo medio alto.

... location veramente curata e perfetta in ogni suo dettaglio ... ingredienti freschissimi ed abbinati con estro e maestria ... tradizione e stagionalità fanno delle proposte un vero tour del piacere del palato e della vista ... i vini strutturati accompagnano il viaggio attraverso i piatti serviti con gentilezza e non improvvisata professionalità ... non si può rinunciare allo "strappo" finale con i dolci non banali ...

Andiamo spesso in Tavernetta e ad oggi senza ombra di dubbio è il miglior locale di Udine. Menù sempre in continuo cambiamento ma che mantiene i cavalli di battaglia dell'Hostaria come la coscia d'oca, il loro tiramisù e gli antipasti di stagione come asparagi e uova di quaglia, il tartufo, La Rosa di Gorizia e potrei andare avanti all'infinito. Carta vini molto profonda, con tutte le eccellenze del Friuli a disposizione. Ciò che si premia, oltre alla cucina che potrebbe anche ambire alla stella Michelin, è la cortesia e la professionalità dello staff interno, ma in particolare del mitico Roby...

Posto incredibile. Piatti molto curati e molto buoni. Intelligente la scelta di proporre calici abbinati ai piatti. Servizio buono e ragazzi molto preparati. Prezzo medio alto, ne vale però davvero la pena. Segnalato non a caso nella guida Michelin, con cui non posso che concordare.

Con il Conte Alberto d'Attimis Maniago, il figlìo Fabio e il responsabile commerciale Matteo Buiatti. Abbiamo trascorso presso l'Osteria Alla Tavernetta guida Michelin, una straordinaria serata, con l'eccellenza dei piatti tipicamente friulani, in abbinamento con altrettanto eccellenti e nobili vini rossi del Collio Friulano. Vini targati dal Nobile, Alberto Conte d'Attimis Maniago. Al di sopra di ogni vino!!!

Spesso oggi ci troviamo risucchiati nel vortice degli impegni e viviamo nella fretta, andiamo a lavoro di corsa e pranziamo in cinque minuti tra un appuntamento e l'altro. Venire alla Tavernetta è prendersi del tempo per se stessi e riscoprire l'emozione dell'assaporare, oltre ai piatti, il luogo e i momenti; un'esperienza che si gusta con l'anima. Ci siamo lasciati accompagnare nella creazione della nostra cena, affidandoci a una famiglia, con Matteo ad aprirci le porte del menù del mese, e così ci siamo sentiti a casa, in una sicurezza che ci ha scaldato il cuore.
